What to bring:
~Wear comfortable clothing. There is no changing room, so please prepare prior to arrival to class.
~If you have your own yoga mat, please bring it. There are extras available if you do not have one with you.
~ A long sleeved shirt & socks to stay warm in savasana.
Class Guidelines:
~Please arrive on time. If you come after the curtains are closed, please enter quietly and courteously.
~Yoga practice is best on an empty stomach. Allow 3-4 hours after a heavy meal, 1-2 hours after lite meal, 1/2 - 1 hour after snacks.
~Please arrive with utmost respect for cleanliness and your fellow yogis. If you are camping or without running water, a hose is available to make hands and feet clean!
~Being in rural Alaska, an outhouse is available as our restroom facility. If you are uncomfortable with an outhouse, please prepare before arriving to class.
